I had the opportunity to work with Momentum Architecture in 2019 as part of a large residential property improvement. The scope of the work was challenging as it combined the replacement of a rubber roof with the re-building of an existing roof deck. We chose Momentum Architecture to handle the deck design and oversee the construction because of their experience and familiarity with the building codes in Cambridge. We have been very pleased with the quality of the work done by the crew they recommended and the design of the deck is stunning. Particularly important to our project was the guidance Momentum Architecture provided in obtaining the necessary permitting and seeing the project through to the final inspection.
